    We accept the following electronic payment options, Visa®, MasterCard®,  Discover® and PayPal. You may also pay by cashiers check, or money order, (sorry no personal checks). All orders paid for with a check or money order will be held for seven (7) days to allow time for payment to clear our banking institution. Whenever possible, your order will be shipped no later than 4:00PM eastern standard time, the first business day after it is received. If an item requires a longer lead time it will be noted in the items description. Orders will be shipped to the cardholder address only.  If an item is out of stock, it will not be back ordered. If we expect delivery of an out-of-stock item within a few days of your order, we will hold the order and ship it complete to save you shipping charges. 

    PRICING POLICY

    It is our policy is to provide the highest quality products at the most reasonable prices possible.  We will make every effort to hold our prices at the lowest possible point. However, because of changing market conditions, price irregularities from the manufacturers and forces beyond our control. PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

    BACK ORDERS

    Any items not in stock at the time of your order will not be placed on back order. You must reorder.

    Online orders may be made from our web store using your credit card or PayPal. This is the most efficient method and orders are processed quickly.

  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, B&M Karting ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, B&M Karting ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, and other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    Due to the increased costs of shipping we are charging $2.00 handling fee on USPS for additional insurance we put on all packages.

    Due to the requirement of getting a signature on UPS our handling fee on UPS packages is $4.00. All Orders shipped as UPS will require a signature unless the customer speciffically asks for "No Signature".



  • International

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. B&M Karting is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.



  • Sales Tax

  • B&M Karting charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate on parts and labor for South Carolina residents ONLY.

    Any and all used items that are placed for sale are sold AS IS B&M Karting makes no guarantees written or implied as to the condition, function, reliability or use or any used item.



  • Return Policy

  • You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). B&M Karting reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

    RETURNS

    Our customer’s satisfaction is of the upmost importance to us. If you are dissatisfied for any reason with any unused item purchased from us, please carefully read and follow these simple instructions:

    1. All items must be authorized by B&M Karting. before returning. Call us at (864) 646-3898 to receive a return authorization number. All returns must be approved before any item can be accepted.

    2. Return requests must be made within ten (10) days of shipping date. Any shortages must be reported within ten (10) days of shipping date.

    3. To ensure your return is properly credited, include a copy of the invoice and reason for the return in the package. All credits will be made to the originally billed account. Shipping charges are to be prepaid and are not refundable. 

    4. Returns are only accepted for exchange or credit on future orders. NO CASH REFUNDS.

    5. Full credit will be given if the merchandise is defective or if we have made an error. These items must be in new condition, unused, in their original packaging, and with all proper documentation.

    6. All returns will be subject to a ten percent (10%) restocking fee except when there was an error in filling the order or an item was defective. No returns on closeout items.
